If you received the wrong size or the wrong model, we will proceed with a standard exchange at our expenses.

If, when you receive your wellingtons, you decide for any reason that you don't want them, you can return them, at your cost, and ask for a refund or exchange them for another pair.

If you benefited from our free delivery promotion, there will be an administrative charge of £8.00 corresponding to the cost of sending you the wellies in the first place.

If you have paid for a premium delivery, there will be an administrative charge of £2.00 only.

All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in the same unworn, perfect condition as they arrived to you, within 15 days of purchase. We cannot accept items back that have obviously been worn, i.e covered in mud!

You are responsible for the returns postage cost, and we recommend you use a recorded service as we can not be responsible for items that go missing en route.

Exchanges

If you are returning goods for an exchange you will need to pay the above fees using the link below. You will see an order reference number (beginning with RC) on completion of the purchase which you will need to quote on the RETURNS FORM to show that this has been paid.
